Embedded components:

jets, hydraulic and pneumatic components, flanges, reducers, scrapers, wipers, shovels, stretchers, rails for hanging conveyors, screw and belt conveyors, blocks, tubs, boxes, walls, screens, curtains and covers, bumpers, brackets, hoist components and equipment, track sections, tanks, hoppers, chutes, formwork, frames, piping, valves, expansion joints, chassis, flatbed and flatcars for road and rail applications, radiators and more.

Partial structures and fully welded structures:

Rotors and impellers, for instance those used in mills, crushers, fans, frames, beds, stands, gear boxes and more.

We deliver standard annealing for welded structures.
We weld structural steel, stainless steel ( MIG, MAG, TIG ).
We work off of templates, photographs, drawings, workshop prints and projects.
We complete projects, structural calculations and workshop documentation.
We provide standard and oversize transport.
